Is your car rental "Airbnb" only for cars or also for trucks, buses, tractors and bicycles?
Yes, you can put for rent also your truck, bus, tractor or bicycle. And extras accordingly.
How can I put my car for a rent?
Please send the information and some photos you fish to appear as a rent offer to autorenti@smartlife.ee and we will put it to the web. There isn’t any fee for advertising your car. Only for actual rent paid by customers our fee will be 20% of the sum.
Soon there will be also available self-service to set up and withdraw your car and extras, but currently the self-service is still under testing.
How do I rent a car?
You can choose available cars and extras by using filters under the menu “Home” or “Search”. You can also browse all cars under the menu “Cars” and click the button “Rent” to book a chosen car. After booking you will be issued a voucher automatically and when the booking gets confirmed – you will sent an additional confirmation e-mail manually.
Can I change or cancel the booking?
For free you can change or cancel a booking until 48 hours before your pick-up time under the menu ‘My bookings‘. After the mentioned deadline (48h) you have to contact directly to your car provider for any change proposals.
Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?
Since every car is provided by independent car owner, the pickup and return locations are shown for every car on the car’s detailed information page and within the booking process. This information contains also on your rental voucher.
What are the methods of payment for the car rental services?
You can pay by bank link or by debit / credit card.
Are all vehicles insured?
All vehicles here have mandatory traffic insurance. Some of cars might have CASCO insurance.
What should I do, if the car breaks down?
If your car breaks down, please call the car owner immediately.
